The Teesside Legal Walk 2021
Prior to the pandemic, free advice services in the North East were under strain due to funding cuts and an increase in demand for their services. The pandemic has pushed these services to breaking point. Without these services, thousands of people who are unable to afford the services of a lawyer will be unable to access the help and support they need to get the justice they deserve.
The Teesside Legal Walk sees legal professionals and justice advocates walking together to raise funds for frontline legal advice services throughout the North East. As well as being a great opportunity to reconnect with local colleagues after a challenging period, The Teesside Legal Walk is a great way to support charities, many of whom have felt the full impact of the pandemic.
The Teesside Legal Walk takes place on Wednesday 6 October, and is planned in accordance with the latest government guidelines. It's very easy for you or your company to get involved: Registration is free, and you will be provided with a digital fundraising pack and Virgin Money Giving page.
