The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) recently published a consultation on options for the future of post six-year run-off cover and the Solicitors Indemnity Fund. The consultation will run unti 15 February 2022, and may be of particular interest to solicitors who have retired or left the profession recently.
The SRA will also be holding a webinar and Q&A session on Thursday 16 December to discuss and take questions on the options.
