The Social Mobility Commission and the Social Mobility Foundation have launched a joint initiative, the Social Mobility Employer Index, which will rank Britain's top employers for the first time on how open they are to talent from all backgrounds. Improving social mobility is a national priority, and the results of the rankings will appear in The Times this summer.
The Law Society will be participating, and encourage their members to do the same.
