The Law Society has responded to the Ministry of Justice's review of the Legal Services Board (LSB) and the Office for Legal Complaints (OLC).
The Society made a number of observations about the questionnaire, many of which cut across several of the questions raised. Therefore, instead of responding to the questions, the Society has submitted a paper which they hope will provide a helpful contribution to the review.
