Membership of Tees Valley Law Society offers opportunities whether you are a qualified solicitor or other legal professional, or you are in the early stages of training.

Practising Certificate Fee 2021/22 Consultation

As part of their consultation on the practising certificate fee (PC fee) for 2021-22, which started on the 10 May, the Law Society of England & Wales has launched a survey of members to gather feedback on the new fee. The Society has proposed maintaining the same share of overall fee collection as it did in the previous period – that share was reduced last year by £3m to £28.5m in view of pandemic-related business disruption.
