Personal Injury Reforms: Small Claims Consultation

Following the MoJ's proposals on increasing the smalls claims cap and on whiplash, the Law Society has released the below infographic on social media to highlight the impact of the proposals on access to justice and the ability of people to get compensation for their injuries.

The Law Society also continues to engage closely with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Motor Accidents Solicitors Society. They are gathering case studies to support their profile raising work in this area.
