Membership of Tees Valley Law Society offers opportunities whether you are a qualified solicitor or other legal professional, or you are in the early stages of training.

MoJ Seeks Views On CCJs

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is seeking views on the effectiveness of the current processes for money claims issued in the county court. The MoJ is particularly interested in views on limiting the circumstances in which an individual may have a judgement made in default against them without their knowledge.
