The Tees Valley JLD started off this year’s calendar of exciting events with Teesside’s first ever Tees Valley JLD NQ Careers Event, in conjunction with BCL Legal Recruitment.
 
The NQ Careers Event had a fantastic turn out of Junior Lawyers and Students all gathering vital advice on the NQ market in the Tees Valley region which took place at Jacksons Law.
 
Rozie Hunter, Associate Director at BCL Legal lead the discussion on the current NQ market for those qualifying in 2020, with an overview of current trends and areas where new legal talent is in demand.
 
Attendees also had the opportunity to hear from Jane Armitage (Managing Partner, Jacksons) and Nicola Neilson (Partner, Jacksons). Both Jane and Nicola gave a unique insight into their journey to Partner, and discussed what they like to see in an NQ Candidate.
