Tees Valley JLD is part of the Tees Valley Law Society (TVLS) and is aimed at junior lawyers in the Tees Valley and surrounding areas. The Tees Valley JLD is dedicated to meeting the needs of law students, LPC graduates, paralegals, trainee solicitors and solicitors with up to five years post qualification experience.

Our aim is to build a platform for junior lawyers to meet, share their experiences and be part of a wider support network. We hold both social and educational events, ranging from lectures to social events and provide an opportunity to socialise with other junior lawyers in the Tees Valley region. 

There are massive changes taking place within our profession, all of which bring their own set of demands and challenges. We understand this can be overwhelming and the Tees Valley JLD is here to provide a platform to discuss current issues and to share your views.

Our trainee representatives, Khudeza Miah, Daniel Tumilty and James Yare are excited to be organising various social events and training seminars for the upcoming year.
