Christopher Noon

Christopher Noon graduated from King’s College London in 2000 and the following year graduated from Durham University becoming a secondary school teacher. Having worked as a teacher for a number of years Chris decided to retrain to become a solicitor and having graduated from Northumbria University in 2006 started work in Hartlepool and Middlesbrough working in Family Law, Housing Law and Criminal/Prison Law.
Chris then joined the Prison Law department at Chivers Solicitors in 2010 and dealt with some high profile cases including SF v Secretary of State for Justice (Cross Border Transfer) and KG v Secretary of State for Justice (Transgender Discrimination).
Due to the changes in legal aid Chris, with his colleagues, decided it was time to take on a new challenge and therefore created NE Law LLP. Chis is committed to offering affordable legal advice with a personal and committed service. Chris is approachable and is generous with his time.
